Technical and Sales Manager/Engineer

Job Description and Responsibilities

Estimation and Proposal Preparation

  • Handle the valued clients and monitoring of most and critical accounts of the team.
  • Oversee preparation of estimates and bid proposal packages.
  • Monitor and update weekly status of Sales Reports.
  • Attend to and assist subordinates in handling critical issues and concerns.

Sales

  • Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales option.
  • Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Achieve overall sales target and market share.

Implementation

  • Manage overall day to day activities of each operational and support unit.
  • Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements.
  • Responsible in addressing client concerns to resolution.
  • Ensure adherence to laws and policies.

Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Engineering – Electronics/Communication, Sales Operation or equivalent.
  • Team player and with high level of dedication.
  • Organized and with an aptitude in problem-solving.
  • With experience as sales or technical coordinator or in other administrative positions.
  • Goal-oriented, aggressive, and can work under minimum supervision.
  • Candidate must be willing to start as soon as possible.
